Warranty & Return


  • All metal detectors come with one year warranty from manufacturers.
  • Please note that manufacturers warranty does not extend to those items identified as standard “wear and tear” items (i.e. carry bag, earphone or batteries). In addition, the warranty does not cover damages caused by consumer abuse, neglect or ignorance.
  • Please submit the warranty card coming with product to manufacturer for warranty information.

30 Day Return Policy

  • We stand behind our products after sales. If you are not satisfied with the performance, simply ask for an RMA number and send back the metal detector prepaid to return address provided. Product need to be sent back in brand new or mint condition.
  • Please do not send metal detectors to our mail address, which is NOT a return address.
  • We understand you might have used it and found performance was not accepted. You can still return it. Everything coming with the package need to be returned.
  • We simply ask you to be honest buyer. If you want to return after abusing the metal detector, 30% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Refund will be initiated after deducting the original shipping charge.
